Rakhshan(RDO)ZAREENBUG DASHT TURBAT was a group of YOUNGERS, and Local Bodies known as RAKHSHAN.The group discussions centered on social problems, education.Health.Poverty.Relief Natural FLOODS.were the most talked about issues as these created dissentions among different strata of society that stemmed out from the very core, i.e., education. The sector most affected were the children confused as why they were discriminated against due to their social, economic or ethnic backgrounds.

In 1998 flood effected Turbat,near areas and Dasht.we helped peoples and shift them to the safe areas.We provide mediciens,foods,blankets and pure drinking water and helped them until they become in normal life.

In ten years period we done more for humanity

Thus in 2008, the executive body of RAKHSHAN decided to get their group registered and convert it into a Development Organization.chose to work for Poverty development. This prompted RAKHSHAN to specifically address the problem of Poverty in Pakistan
